We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items cannot be returned (see “Exceptions / Non-returnable items” below).
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at hello@marqet.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you would like to return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with:

Any specific instructions on how to send your package.
Important: Please do not send any items back to us without first contacting us and receiving confirmation. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error on our side (defective, damaged or wrong item), we will cover return shipping or offer another appropriate solution.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if:

You receive the wrong item
We will review the issue and work with you to put things right (e.g., replacement, refund, or other solution).
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, the quickest way is to:

Return the item you have, following the steps above, and

After the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
