Care Instructions

• Before first use, wash all pieces in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. As these are enamelled, no seasoning is required.
• Hand washing only. Let the cookware cool down gradually before washing with a soft sponge and mild soap, never use abrasive products.
• If food is sticking to the pan, simply fill with warm water and soak for a few minutes for easy removal, but avoid submerging the entire pan. Always dry thoroughly immediately after washing to protect the rim.
• Always use silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils, as metal tools will damage the enamel finish.
• As cast iron retains heat exceptionally well, we recommend cooking on low-to-medium heat (never over 230°C). Reserve high heat primarily for boiling water or initial searing.
• Always add a small amount of your preferred cooking oil before heating. Add the food only when the pan and oil are hot; avoid moving it too soon, as seared food will release naturally once a golden crust has formed.
• Match the pan base to your hob size for best results and to protect the enamel and handles from direct heat exposure.
• Always use heat-resistant oven mitts to safely handle the pan, as handles might retain heat for a long time. Lift the pan across hob surfaces (especially induction/glass) rather than sliding it to avoid scratching. Avoid dropping or hitting your pan against hard surfaces, as this can cause the enamel to chip
